Carmen's trying to sabotage my job and Andy went silent again after spending the day with Lisa

I just found out that carmen's trying to sabotage my job. I told her what happened at work and I told her, I told Christina, which is the GM i guess you didn't believe me. Because Christina said she went over to carmen's house and Carmen told Christina, what I told Carmen, about, Paul was like, I told Christina myself. No, I like when people try to tell on me for something I didn't do. Does Carmen keeps telling me she's quitting? And they don't keep her on morning shift. And the funny thing is Carmen's telling me she's a dm which she's not at least on paperwork, and I can't say anything because a friend of mine told me and she get in trouble. Andy went silent again yesterday so sunday. He went to the ball game with lisa. which lisa's definitely bad news i asked him if he wanted to go to dinner. And he said, not tonight, maybe sometime this week. I'm gonna say okay Tony mao was not gonna be available Monday through Wednesday That i'm leaving. He was like nothing said nothing. That's what got me, because he was doing so well like I posted something on facebook messenger to him, and he laughed about it. Or put a heart on it or thumbs it up communication. And then spending the day with lisa, it's like i'm a nobody.

Separate the two messes, because you're blending them. Work first: Carmen is not your friend. She's collecting your words and using them against you, and you already know it. Stop telling her anything about your job, your boss, or Paul. Nothing. If Christina heard your conversation, you know where it leaked. Her fake DM title isn't your battle unless it costs you money. Protect your paycheck, not her reputation. Andy: read the pattern, not the heart emojis. Laughing at your posts and thumbs-upping is low-effort maintenance, not pursuit. You made a real ask; he said "not tonight, maybe this week." That's a deferral, not a date. You told him you'd be gone Monday through Wednesday, and he said nothing. A man who actually wants to see you locks in a time. Silence is an answer. Spending the day with Lisa and then going quiet tells you where you rank: backup option when it's easy. Stop checking his reactions. Stop making the next move. He knows your schedule now. If he wants dinner, he'll ask. If he doesn't, you've got your answer without wasting another month guessing.

Two kinds of exhausting, and both have you working overtime. Carmen first. She's telling you she's quitting, telling you she's a DM, and none of it lines up with the paperwork. That's her puzzle to solve, not yours. You don't have to expose her or defend yourself. Let her stories stand next to each other and fall apart on their own. Just stop handing her the pieces. She can only use what you give her. Andy. You told him you'd be gone and he said nothing. That's not a code to crack. You gave him a door and he didn't walk through it. His silence says more about his week than about you. So stop holding the door open and let him name a day. If he does, great. If he doesn't, you've got your answer.

Two hurts landed on you at once, and they sting in the same place. Someone took what you trusted them with and used it against you. Someone you care about went quiet, then spent his day with someone else. With Carmen, the heaviest part isn't the lie. It's that defending yourself would cost your friend. So you hold still and swallow it. That isn't losing. That's you protecting someone else from a mess you didn't make. With Andy, the hearts and the laughs were real. But so was the nothing he said when you told him you were leaving. "Not tonight, maybe this week" keeps the door open just wide enough for you to keep standing there. You're not a nobody. You're someone standing at a door that isn't opening, and that wears a person down. You don't have to sort all of it tonight. Just notice which one is asking more of you.

When will Jason be ready to take us seriously? I'm feeling like I'm wasting my time.

"When will Jason be ready" is the wrong question to be asking yourself at night. Ask what he's actually doing. Not what he says when you push, but what he does when you don't. That's the real him. A man who wants something serious doesn't need reminders to get serious. He rearranges his life to keep you in it. You're waiting on a version of Jason that hasn't shown up, treating the one in front of you like he's a work in progress. He's not. He's showing you the current offer, every single day. Men get "ready" when the alternative starts costing them something they don't want to lose. If he's comfortable and you're anxious, that equation won't change until you change your side of it. So the honest answer: he'll be ready exactly when he has to be. Right now, he doesn't have to be. The real question was never about him. It's whether you're willing to keep paying patience for a promise he never actually made.

Where is my connection with Anthony leading to?

Those numbers, 10 23 99, whatever they mark, are a point in time, not a map. A date tells you when something happened. It can't tell you where a thing is headed. That's written by how the two of you keep showing up, day by ordinary day. I understand you want the ending before you've lived the middle. We all wish we could know a thing is safe before we love it. But love doesn't hand out guarantees in advance. It asks you to walk a stretch of road without seeing the whole path, and that's part of what makes it precious. So stop trying to read the finish line. Watch how he treats you on a Tuesday when nothing special is happening. Notice if he remembers the small things you tell him, if he keeps his word, if he makes room for you in his life. That's the only fortune worth reading, and you don't need a crystal ball for it. You need honest eyes and a little patience. The road will show you where it goes, one step at a time.

Tito's mother tried to confuse me after three years with a love spell she did in the past

You don't have to defend your heart to her. Three years later she is still reaching back into the past, hunting for a reason you left, because the real one is harder for her to accept: you chose to go. You weren't under anything. You walked away with your eyes open and blocked him because that was what you needed. That was your strength, not your confusion. What she calls a spell is her story, not your truth. It lets her believe he was owed your love, that something outside of you forced this. But nothing outside of you made that choice, and nothing outside of you can unmake it. Let her believe whatever she needs to believe. It costs you nothing now. You're not in love, you know that in your bones. The door is closed, and it stays closed because you closed it. That is enough.
