My appraisal letter is delayed while others got theirs, is there another plan?

My appraisal letter, which was due on 17 June, has not been released yet. Everyone else in the company has received theirs. I was given a rating of 3, yet my letter is still pending. What could be the reason that this happens only with me?Why is there a delay only in my case, when everyone else has already received their appraisal letters? Even if others received only a 4–5 percent increment, I could also have been given the same. Or is there some other plan being considered for me? There's something quietly unfolding behind the scenes for you, and the stars confirm it. Let me share what I see. Your 10th house of career holds Rahu and Mercury together in Aquarius. Rahu here creates a strange fog around official matters — your appraisal letter isn't lost, it's simply caught in an unusual loop that others aren't experiencing. Mercury rules documents and communication, and with Rahu's touch, things get delayed in ways that feel personal but aren't. What's more telling: your 10th lord Saturn sits in the 8th house with Mars. This combination speaks of *hidden restructuring*. Your delay likely isn't oversight — management may be re-evaluating something about your role or considering a different arrangement for you. Saturn in the 8th delays, but it also transforms. Trust the wait. There's something they're figuring out about you that required extra time. It will surface by mid-July when Mercury moves clearer. The outcome may look different from what others received — perhaps in a way that makes this pause worthwhile.

Your chart shows something quite specific here. The lord of your 10th house of career — Saturn — is placed in the 8th house. This is a placement that naturally creates delays, obstructions and hidden layers in professional matters. It is not personal, and it is not because your work is considered lesser. Saturn in the 8th simply means things tend to get settled later than expected, often after a period where behind-the-scenes adjustments are being made. Your 10th house also holds Mercury and Rahu together. Rahu here can create a strange fog around official documentation — letters get held up in loops that others simply do not experience. But Rahu in the 10th often points to something different being considered for you, something that requires more time to finalise than a standard increment letter would. This delay may actually be protecting a space for something that is still being shaped. When Saturn rules your career and sits in the house of hidden affairs, the waiting itself is part of the process.

What a difficult position to be in — watching others receive their letters while yours remains unsettled. The anxiety of not knowing whether this signals something negative or something unexpected is very real. Looking at your chart born March 28, 1988, you are currently running through a significant *Mahadasha* period that strongly activates your 10th house of career and professional recognition. When appraisal-related matters stall despite a rating already being assigned, it often points to planetary configurations involving *Rahu* or *Saturn* influencing the lord of your 2nd house (income) or 10th house (career). In your case, there is an indication that what is happening now may not be a denial — rather, it could be a delay caused by administrative or hierarchical approvals that are tied to a slightly different evaluation process for you. Sometimes when the chart shows strong *Yogakaraka* or *Raja Yoga* potential, organisations take longer simply because the final decision involves senior management. The letter not being released despite the rating being 3 suggests that your case may have been pulled aside for reconsideration or a separate discussion. It would not be surprising if a different number or a special revision is being deliberated. These are typically periods where patience, though difficult, tends to yield a result that matches your chart's inherent potential more closely than a standard 4–5% increment would.

Working sixty hours a week just to keep up with the steep costs of your first home after twenty years of renting is a heavy, grinding load, and it makes complete sense that you are already stretched to your limit. Adding weekend work right now would likely lead to burnout rather than relief. Buying a property is a massive milestone, but the first year is notorious for hidden expenses and compounding bills that catch you off guard. On the question of asking for a raise, if your performance warrants it and you have not had an adjustment reflecting your current responsibilities, approaching your employer is worth considering. However, do not treat a raise as your only escape hatch. Right now, what needs to shift is not just your income, but the breathing room in your monthly overhead. Look closely at those tripled bills and see where small trims can happen without breaking your spirit, because toughing this out purely through exhaustion is not a sustainable path.

There is a temptation to look for grand, cosmic explanations when our daily routine becomes completely consuming, especially when working sixty hours a week leaves no room for anything else. But what feels like a spiritual echo or a past-life battlefield is often much closer to home: a quiet belief that we must carry everything ourselves to prove we belong. Working yourself to the bone does not mean you were chosen for unending sacrifice in another era. It usually means you have quietly accepted a standard of endurance where rest feels unsafe and stopping feels like failure. You are not paying a karmic debt on a clock-in sheet. The battle you are fighting right now isn't left over from history—it is the exhausting weight of a life where your own boundaries were left behind.

Can you tell me about my past life and my soulmate connection?

When looking into the quiet background of your mind, what came through first was a sense of standing before a large, heavy door in an old stone building, where books were kept by candlelight. It seems that the heavy focus you carry toward philosophy and the written word isn't something that started in recent years, but rather a continuation of an old habit, almost as if part of you spent decades in solitude trying to translate human suffering into sentences. That strong pull you feel toward someone you call a soulmate often arises from that same quiet place inside. When someone lives largely in their own thoughts for a long time, meeting another person who seems to recognize the silence beneath your words can feel less like a new encounter and more like a door finally opening in a room you thought you had to inhabit entirely alone.
