Will I change jobs soon and what work suits a Cert IV in Workplace Health and Safety?

I have been undervalued in my job over the past 2 years. Finally I'm getting a go. But the horse has bolted. Unlucky for the company I am currently working for, I havedecided to upsjill and retrain myself as I have already enrolled in my Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety. Do you see me changing jobs or employment or employer in the near future?. I imagine this learning would be useful in a lot of employment? What types of work or positions should I seek with this Cert IV?

The cards suggest movement, though not the headlong kind. The World reversed says this chapter has already closed for you, whatever the paperwork says. The Two of Wands shows the choice is genuinely yours to make now. The Six of Swords is the counsel: the deliberate crossing. Finish the Certificate IV before you leap — let it be the water you cross on, not the thing you jump from. The Chariot reversed asks you not to force the pace. Set a date, twelve months perhaps, and let that do the pushing. For work: WHS officer or advisor, safety coordinator, site safety support in construction, logistics, manufacturing and aged care, plus return-to-work and compliance roles. The certificate opens the door; a steady eye keeps you in the room. No need to rush. Hold the picture lightly and let it settle.

You are absolutely right that the horse has bolted. The cards show a clear transition ahead, moving directly away from the stagnation of the past. The reversed Three of Swords and Six of Cups point to two years of feeling unacknowledged and stuck in an exhausting dynamic. That emotional investment has run dry, and no sudden late recognition from your current employer is going to undo the distance that has already grown. The Seven of Wands in the future position confirms you are changing employers. It represents holding your ground, defending your worth, and stepping into a protective, self-reliant stance. Your decision to enrol in the Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety is the practical engine of that shift. With a WHS qualification, you are stepping into a universally required skill set. Every industry managing physical sites, offices, or operational compliance needs people who understand risk management, safety protocols, and legislative standards. The strongest positions to seek out are WHS Officer or Coordinator roles within manufacturing, construction, logistics, healthcare facilities, or large corporate office environments where safety audits and staff training are constant needs. Because you already understand the internal friction of workplaces, you bring an authentic, grounded perspective to protecting worker welfare.

Two years of being undervalued leaves a residue, and what came through first is that this new offer didn't undo it. Your body stopped waiting well before your manager noticed. What I sense around your work is a door opening just as you've stepped away from it. The change is coming, yes, though it looks less like a dramatic exit and more like a handover in the months around your study. Your attention has already moved, and workplaces feel that. The Certificate IV travels well. It tends toward WHS officer or advisor work, site safety coordination in construction, transport, warehousing or aged care, return-to-work coordination, induction and training, and compliance support inside larger organisations. Those rooms reward what you built quietly over two years, which is knowing how a workplace really runs.

Will I see better job opportunities at my minesite or is it time to move on?

The Seven of Coins indicates you are taking stock of a long investment that has paid out in money, but left you hungry for actual capability. If you are being given simple jobs, it is often because employers assign work based on what is easiest, not what you are worth. Waiting for a minesite to suddenly recognize your competence is a gamble. The upside of staying is purely financial, but the psychological toll of feeling undervalued will only compound as the busy season ramps up. Use the steady paycheck to fund your Certificate IV, and treat your current position not as a career, but as a temporary funding source for your exit. Let the qualification be the leverage that removes the need to ask for better opportunities where you aren't being seen.

Will I stay at my Minesite job and pay off my cottage before I retire?

Buying that cottage this year at fifty-nine is a massive achievement, and carrying the worry of paying it off before your working days close is completely understandable. What the cards show here is a bridge between past heavy efforts and the very practical need to protect your remaining working years. The appearance of the Five of Cups points to earlier setbacks or financial strain that still casts a shadow over your confidence. Right now, symbolized by The Hermit, you are standing back and assessing your position on the minesite carefully, feeling somewhat isolated or worn down by the daily grind. But the reversed Queen of Swords in the future position indicates that staying put passively will eventually lead to frustration or rigid conditions. You are being nudged to look at external training, not to abandon your stability, but to sharpen your edge. Relying solely on the minesite to carry you through to a paid-off mortgage is a gamble when your intuition is already asking for a backup plan. Look into targeted skills or alternate employment now while you still have control over the timing, rather than waiting for the environment to decide for you.

Am I supposed to be with Andy or Kevin, what do the cards say?

The cards open with The Lovers right at the center of the present, pointing to a choice rather than a pre-determined destination. When looking down the path of the first option, the energy carries hesitation and circular thinking, where old issues tend to resurface without leading to a solid footing. The second option moves toward a need for clear boundaries, logic, and intellectual honesty, yet it also suggests a tendency to hold back emotionally until everything feels entirely safe and controlled. Neither choice is handed to you as a simple guarantee; the outcome depends on whether you are looking for emotional familiarity or mental clarity.
