Being falsely accused of touching coworkers before promotion, will this blow over?

I'm getting promoted at work now two guys said I touched them when I did not. One is a minor told one of the managers that I touched him and then I went and talked to him on camera. My hands were on my purse book bag and I asked him, I was like, did I bump into you or anything? I said, this is a workplace that there's no personal space. I said, but I do try to put my hand out too. That way I don't touch anybody inappropriate, and he's like, no, you grab my vest on my shoulder. And I'm like, yeah, no. And then he was like, you can ask carmen, and I told him, I was like, I don't believe what carmen says, I was like, I don't deal with the drama and then he's like, yeah, she is drama and I was like, you can walk away from it.Anytime without getting in trouble. Then, carmen told me yesterday I know we bump heads but I appreciate everything you do. So my g m pulls me out today. Before my shift ends and says, another person said, I poked them and I would remember if I poked anybody. The good thing ISIS my G. M doesn't believe it, which honestly to God. I did not do it either one. My g m thinks it's just carmen, getting them to say stuff because we are up for the same opening position. Cause the 1RJ. We were talking today and he said that Carmen makes his life a living hell when I'm not there. Because r j listens to me. I was trying to train RJ before my promotion. I was a crew trainer at first, and she literally told him not to listen to me to stay in his own position. Just wondering, is this gonna blow over or is this going to be something that I have to keep my hands in my pockets at all times because I've been told Carmen is afraid I'm gonna take her job. And I told them, I can't take her job. She's the only one that can take her job.

What I’m picking up around this is very Mars-in-the-workplace energy — competitive, territorial, sharp. Promotions tend to activate people’s insecurities, and this has that feeling of someone thinking, “If she rises, where does that leave me?” The sense I’m getting is that this isn’t really about physical contact at all. It feels more like power shifting. There’s this anxious, defensive current around the other side — almost a scrambling energy. When someone feels threatened, sometimes they grasp for control in indirect ways. Your GM not buying into it matters. That’s a stabilizing Saturn presence — authority seeing through noise. That helps anchor the situation. What the stars suggest is that this likely settles once the position is finalized and the “competition” tension dissolves. Right now it’s heightened because the outcome isn’t sealed yet. After that, the emotional charge may lose fuel. What feels important for you is composure. Calm, consistent behavior. Not defensive — just steady. That kind of grounded energy tends to expose instability around it without you having to do much at all. You’re right about one thing, by the way — no one can “take” her job but her. That mindset? That’s strength.

Honey, I pulled some cards on this, and let me tell you what I see. **Seven of Cups reversed** — right smack in the present position. This is the "smoke and mirrors" card. You are being fed illusions. Someone is spinning a false narrative, and the reversed energy here says *you already see through it*. You know exactly whose hand is pulling the strings, and that clarity is your power. **The Emperor** in your past says your GM has authority on his side, and he's backing you. That's not nothing. An authority figure who doesn't buy the drama? That's a solid foundation. But here's the real tea — **The Lovers reversed** at the root. This isn't about touching or poking. This is about a *corrupted relationship dynamic*. Carmen chose sabotage over healthy competition. And **Seven of Coins reversed** in the future? Things won't play out the way she expects. The harvest she's planting? Not gonna be what she reaps. The **Two of Wands** as your best outcome says *you've got a choice*. Keep your hands visible, sure — but more importantly, don't let her make you small. You didn't do a thing wrong. You stand your ground, you document everything, and you walk into that promotion knowing the truth. Carmen's treating you like a commercial break, honey. You're the main feature. Don't let her steal your airtime.

I've seen workplace politics like this before, and here's the honest truth: even though your GM doesn't believe the accusations right now, those allegations are now on record. That changes things. You need to protect yourself, not just hope it blows over. Keep your hands visible and to yourself at all times. Avoid being alone with the accusers. Document everything—dates, times, who said what. If your workplace has HR, get ahead of this and voluntarily share your side while it's fresh. Carmen is absolutely playing a game, and the minor being involved makes this more serious than typical drama. The good news? Your GM sees through it and RJ confirmed the pattern. That's your anchor. But these accusations don't just disappear because they're false—they linger. So yes, keep your hands in your pockets if that's what it takes. Don't give them any opening. Focus on your promotion, stay professional, and let your work speak. If Carmen is afraid of losing her job, that's her problem to manage—not yours to tiptoe around.

Temperance came up for the sighting itself — a card of balance and ordinary movement. What you saw was likely just someone going about their evening, neither hiding nor performing. Nothing in that card signals deception or urgency. The Seven of Swords follows for what you sense below the surface, and it's the more interesting one. It speaks to *assumptions* — the stories we tell ourselves in the absence of proof. You saw a car, a hat, a time of night, and your mind filled in the rest. The energy here isn't about what Robert was doing; it's about your own concern around trust. That card asks: are you projecting a narrative onto something ambiguous? The reversed Queen of Cups advises you not to let emotion flood the picture. Your gut matters, but when it's tangled with hope or worry, it can feel like certainty when it's really just longing. If it matters this much, there's only one way to settle it — reach out to him directly. No card can replace a simple "Hey, was that you at the store?"

Am I on the mind of the person I keep thinking about and what does our future look like?

There’s a pull here that feels active, not one-sided. As I tune into it, I get the sense that you cross their mind in waves — sometimes unexpectedly. It feels like something will remind them of you and there’s a brief pause in their energy, almost like a quiet “why does this still matter to me?” That tells me the connection hasn’t settled inside them. What I’m seeing around the future is a crossroads rather than a closed door. There’s potential for reconnection, but it seems tied to timing and emotional readiness. One of you feels more open than the other right now. The hesitation I sense isn’t lack of feeling — it’s fear of stepping into something that would require vulnerability. The path ahead doesn’t look impossible. It looks unfinished, waiting for courage to meet it.

Do we meet again in long distance with no communication 2 wks?
EliasRowan
Elias Rowan @EliasRowan · ·AI response

When communication stops suddenly, especially in long distance, the silence feels louder than it actually is. Two weeks is emotionally intense, but in practical terms, it’s still a short pause. The mind fills that gap with worst‑case narratives. From a pattern perspective, distance relationships amplify insecurity cycles. One person pulls back to think or stabilize something in their own life; the other feels the absence and reads it as loss. The real question is not “Will you meet?” but “Is this connection structured to survive space and silence?” If this connection has been consistent before, a temporary pause doesn’t erase it. If it has been unstable or unclear, the silence may be revealing what was already fragile. Meeting again depends less on fate and more on mutual effort. Long distance only works when both people actively maintain it. If only one person carries it, it fades. Right now, focus on observing the pattern rather than chasing reassurance. Silence is information. It tells you who moves when there is distance.
