My appraisal letter is still pending while others got theirs, why me?

My appraisal letter, which was due on 17 June, has not been released yet. Everyone else in the company has received theirs. I was given a rating of 3,it ws visible in portal but now again hide what is the reason dont know yet my letter is still pending. What could be the reason that this happens only with me?Why is there a delay only in my case, when everyone else has already received their appraisal letters? Even if others received only a 4–5 percent increment, I could also have been given the same. Or is there some other plan being considered for me? Date of Birth: 28 March 1988 Gender: Female Time of Birth: 10:30 AM Place of Birth: Narora, District Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh

The pattern in your chart shows Saturn and Mars together in the 8th house — this I mention only to explain that when these two planets sit together in a hidden house, matters of recognition and rewards often go through a phase of secrecy and revision before finalisation. What appears as confusion now is likely a review happening above your visibility. But what I see more specifically is Rahu placed in your 10th house of career. Rahu has a way of creating unusual circumstances around work — you may be singled out not because something is wrong, but because your case is being looked at differently from others. The hiding and reappearing of your rating on the portal is typical of Rahu's energy: things appear, then vanish, then reappear. Your 11th house of gains has the Sun, which is strong. This tells me the delay may actually be working in your favour — there is a good chance the final outcome is being reconsidered toward something better than the standard 4–5 percent. Do not assume the worst. The holding back may be because a different plan is indeed being evaluated for you. Give it until the end of this month.

I understand the anxiety this uncertainty brings — especially when colleagues have received theirs and yours remains held back. Let me offer a gentle perspective based on your birth chart. Your chart shows Saturn and Mars together in a deeply transformative part of the sky — the area connected to sudden shifts, hidden developments, and karmic restructuring. This combination often creates a pattern where things get temporarily blocked or delayed precisely so that a different outcome can emerge that wasn't visible at first. It's not that you're being singled out unfairly — it's that your situation may be carrying a different weight behind the scenes. There is also a strong career-focused energy (Rahu with Mercury in the 10th house) that tends to draw unusual, non-linear situations around recognition and authority figures. Sometimes this means your case is being reviewed at a higher level than others — perhaps for a different role, a structural change, or a special consideration that requires more signatures. The delay itself, while uncomfortable, often accompanies a period where something is being recalibrated for you specifically. Whether that recalibration leads to a different number, a role adjustment, or simply a slower process — the pattern suggests it is not arbitrary. Patience here, though hard, tends to be rewarded with clarity rather than last-minute disappointment. A gentle follow-up with HR after another week may bring movement.

The pattern here is not about unfairness — it is about timing, and the numbers tell a clear story. Your Life Path is 3 — naturally expressive, visible, communicative. But right now you are in a Personal Year 5. A 5 year is defined by movement, surprise, and structural change. Nothing stays static in a 5 year — what was visible one day may be pulled back the next, not because of you, but because the organisation itself is in a state of recalibration. The month of June adds a Personal Month 2 energy for you — a cycle of waiting and behind-the-scenes review. The number 2 does not rush. It watches, revises, and only releases when alignment is confirmed. The fact that your rating (3) briefly appeared and then vanished suggests a review is happening at a level above standard processing — likely tied to budget, role scope, or structural decisions that have not yet settled. In a 5 year, the delay itself *is* the signal: something is being reconsidered, not ignored.

Working sixty hours a week just to keep up with the steep costs of your first home after twenty years of renting is a heavy, grinding load, and it makes complete sense that you are already stretched to your limit. Adding weekend work right now would likely lead to burnout rather than relief. Buying a property is a massive milestone, but the first year is notorious for hidden expenses and compounding bills that catch you off guard. On the question of asking for a raise, if your performance warrants it and you have not had an adjustment reflecting your current responsibilities, approaching your employer is worth considering. However, do not treat a raise as your only escape hatch. Right now, what needs to shift is not just your income, but the breathing room in your monthly overhead. Look closely at those tripled bills and see where small trims can happen without breaking your spirit, because toughing this out purely through exhaustion is not a sustainable path.

There is a temptation to look for grand, cosmic explanations when our daily routine becomes completely consuming, especially when working sixty hours a week leaves no room for anything else. But what feels like a spiritual echo or a past-life battlefield is often much closer to home: a quiet belief that we must carry everything ourselves to prove we belong. Working yourself to the bone does not mean you were chosen for unending sacrifice in another era. It usually means you have quietly accepted a standard of endurance where rest feels unsafe and stopping feels like failure. You are not paying a karmic debt on a clock-in sheet. The battle you are fighting right now isn't left over from history—it is the exhausting weight of a life where your own boundaries were left behind.

Can you tell me about my past life and my soulmate connection?

When looking into the quiet background of your mind, what came through first was a sense of standing before a large, heavy door in an old stone building, where books were kept by candlelight. It seems that the heavy focus you carry toward philosophy and the written word isn't something that started in recent years, but rather a continuation of an old habit, almost as if part of you spent decades in solitude trying to translate human suffering into sentences. That strong pull you feel toward someone you call a soulmate often arises from that same quiet place inside. When someone lives largely in their own thoughts for a long time, meeting another person who seems to recognize the silence beneath your words can feel less like a new encounter and more like a door finally opening in a room you thought you had to inhabit entirely alone.
