You're not deciding between two jobs. You're deciding which life you're willing to trade for the other. I hear it. I'm pulling one card now.

Here's the honest why. The Hierophant is not the card of leaps. It's the card of institutions, apprenticeships, mentors, and formal vows — the structure you step into in order to learn something you cannot teach yourself where you're standing. Upright, it says the door in front of you is a real one, built by real people, with a real ceiling above it that's higher than the one you're under now. That matters.
